God is waiting and is also willing to offer us strength in time of need. Don’t be sacred to pray and also ask God for his Strength to fall upon you! When you’re weary or unready to stand, and unsure of what to ask, pray along with these words!

A PRAYER FOR STRENGTH WHEN WEARY

O! Lord I’m weary. My strength sags, and my enthusiasm lags. And I am so in need of you. I desire your power and your fresh touch to get back on track again. Your Word says the joy of the Lord is my strength. If that be right, then I require your joy to substitute all the bone-tired parts of my mind, body, and soul.

Life’s pressures occasionally thrust me into a corner, rendering me helpless to move forward. A hundred voices call my name, and I feel paralyzed at times to answer, not knowing where to turn. Aid me Lord not to quit, to keep running the race faithfully, and to find strength in that safe, secret place of yours, under the shadow of the Almighty.

I desire your strength o say no when I’m tempted to surrender to harmful things, or when selfishness clings to my clothes and won’t let go. I require your strength to say yes, when cowardice and fear nudge me to deny the convictions of my heart. I require your strength to reach out in love to those both close to me and all around me. When don’t I need your strength, God?

A PRAYER FOR WISDOM AND STRENGTH DAILY

You’re a miracle-performing  God. Grant unto me a sight for emancipation looks like for me. Grant unto me the faith to trust thee for my miracle. Give me a view of what makes me faint. Also grant unto me the view of what masters me and drags me down. Assist me in loosing the taste I have for that thing that weakens me, and also procure a taste for that which gives me strength.

A PRAYER FOR THE OVERWHELMED

O! Lord anytime my heart is overwhelmed, overwhelm me with your calm grace, Guide me to your word, which grants me strength and fortitude. Grant unto me the ability not to run after lesser things. Drag me to run to you first. Assist me in getting into the habit of taking my “Overwhelmed” and dropping it under you will.

A PRAYER FOR A BREAKTHROUGH

Lord! I seek from thee a renewed vision for what breakthrough looks like in my life. Assist me in chasing divine healing while I wait for my miracle. Grant me a view of how to rest right in the midst of the turbulence. Help me enjoy the banquet you prepared for me, in the midst of the battlefield. I desire my whole life to be a testimony of the fact that there is a God in heaven who knows my name and will get me safely home.
